ISF World School Championship Basketball 2017

62 teams for a grand total of 830 athletes: with this kind of numbers the ISF World School Championship Basketball 2017 couldn’t be less than a slam dunk!

We’ve been in the city of Porec (Croatia) from April the 28th to May the 7th for the 24th edition of a championship that gathered athletes from 32 countries all around the world, but with two things in common: the love for the basket court, the curiosity for different cultures and their unique aspects.
A 10-day long adventure, which gave the participating young girls and boys the opportunity to put their sporting abilities to the test while meeting players from every corner of the globe.

The event was organized by ISF and Croatian School Sports Federation in partnership with Kinder+Sport and has received attention from all the sporting world, also thanks to the live broadcast of the finals on the FIBA and Olympic Channel’s Facebook Pages.

It’s always an honor to share the #joyofmoving during these unique events. Follow the Kinder+Sport and ISF pages on Facebook to discover more and receive all the updates.
